What's happening in the gluten free world now?

The Allergy & Free From Show is the world's largest celebration of 'free from' food, drink and lifestyle products focusing on ground breaking home products to help improve those who suffer with 'delicious' food and drink.
It is an exhibition that showcases a variety of different free from products that are available for everyone.

I will go to visit this as part of my research.
