Deliciously Ella could be considered one of the most popular chefs of recent years and this comes largely from the vegan/free-from community as she educates the public through her various different mediums how to live a healthy lifestyle free of meat, additives and gluten with her slogan 'Working to make vegetables cool.'
After discovering that she had been diagnosed with postural tachycardia syndrome which came with a variety of symptoms such as chronic pain and stomach issues. To try and combat against it she began on a plant based diet, giving up meat dairy processed and gluten products. Her instagram is inviting and colourful with tips on recipes, quotes and snippets from her books.
Not only is she merely posting recipes online but she is also educating people on new ways to cook that are easier and won't break the bank such as items discussed in http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health-fitness/nutrition/deliciously-ella-how-to-eat-healthily-without-breaking-the-bank/ article.
She also has an ever expanding library of books showing different ways to eat a healthy diet such as an everyday book, one for friends and one purely for juices. What I like about her approach is that she doesn't make it obvious it's just about gluten free (as from experience that would put people off). Rather she describes a variety of things you can do in order to be healthy, this being one of them.
She started a blog back in 2011 once she was diagnosed with her disease in order to help her learn about health, diet and give her mental stability. This grew into a business with products being sold in many high street stores and a series of cafes showcasing their produce.
