Primary Research: Veg Out Cafe

Although this cafe didn't cater for gluten intolerances as such, I felt that this was important research as it shows the market for specific dietary requirements and creating it into a destination spot has made it it's key selling point. This led me to think about whether it would be a good idea to create a gluten-free cafe for my supporting campaign, allowing those who suffer with an intolerance or coeliac disease a care-free atmosphere in which they would be able to enjoy good food without the worry. I feel that this idea is a great concept and this is a good example of it being well executed.
